Our Board

Krystyna Sarrazin, YPR Director, has a BA in Public Relations from Marquette University, Milwaukee and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University, Chicago. Krystyna is founder of the Belle of the Ball project, a board member of the Civic Centre and is a Downtown Racine Rotarian.

Sara Luther-Hagerman, President, has a degree in Communication and Public Speaking with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition to supporting a variety of charities, Sara also donates her time to Bethania Lutheran Church as their Sunday School Director. She currently leads the Professional Operations of QTI in the SEWI region, overseeing the healthcare, administrative and professional practices.

Kelli Stein, Vice President, has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is presently pursuing graduate courses in Leadership Studies at Marquette University. She is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Racine program and briefly sat on the Racine City Council as Alderman of the 10th District. Kelli is involved with the Racine County Food Bank and the Arc of Racine and is currently the Information Systems Project Manager at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.

Laura Mieczkowski Treasurer, has a BA in Accounting from Carthage College and is an active fund-raiser and Commitment Club member for Susan G Komen 3-Day for the Cure. Laura is currently a Senior Financial Analyst at BloodCenter of Wisconsin.

Andrew Morafcik, Secretary and Professional Development Director, has a BA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin‐Whitewater. Andrew is a volunteer at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) for low‐income taxpayers. He is currently a Personal Banker at North Shore Bank.

Joe Falaschi Partner Relations Director, is currently working as a General Manager for Wisconsin Internet, Inc.

Ashley Hargrave Marketing Director, has a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Ashley is a volunteer at the Racine Theater Guild. She is currently a Business Liaison at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc.

April JacobsMember at Large, has a BA in Political Science and Sociology and is working for a Masters in Public Administration. April also holds a Wisconsin Real Estate license and is currently employed by the City of Racine. She is on the City of Racine’s Community Development Committee, a member of Kenosha Realtor Association and was previously a volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Sara Dassow, Membership Director, has a BA in Business Administration and Exercise Science from Ripon College. Sara is a Junior Achievement Volunteer and Ripon College Class Agent. She currently is a Recruitment Specialist at ProHealth Care.

Kelly Ostricki, Fundraising Director, is a Junior Achievement volunteer and a parent advisor for the Italian Immersion School in Milwaukee. Kelly is currently a Branch Manager for M&I Bank, Caledonia.

Catherine Quiroz Vision Director, has a BA in Political Science with Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with certifications in Conflict Resolution and Analysis and Global Skills. Catherine is a board member at the Hispanic Community and Resource Center as well as a participant in the Programs Committee at the Racine YMCA. She is currently the Vice President of Kenosha County Restorative Justice.

Ben Smith, Technology Director, has a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin‐Madison. Ben is a 2005 Leadership Racine graduate and is currently a Digital Marketing Consultant at WSI.

Justin Smith Community Relations Director, has a BA in Journalism with a minor in Economics from Northern Illinois University. He is the Director of Public Relations for Rehab Management Solutions, a national healthcare consulting company based in southeast Wisconsin.

Isaac Woods, Member at Large, has an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, and a BBA in Finance from Southern Arkansas University. He holds the role of Global Liquidity Manager within the Corporate Treasury group at S.C. Johnson.
